MF2000 is designed specifically for the manufacture of bolts, trusses, wall panels, and floor panels for high-rise residential, villas, and apartments and the MF2000 possesses the function of intelligent and rapid model change. In the design, 3 flange specifications have been newly added, allowing for flexible switching, and it is compatible with the construction drawings drafted by designers using different design software.

Machine Detail

Use the manual automatic De-coiler, the center is stretched outward to ensure that the raw materials are not loose and enter more smoothly.

Dahe’s leveling device is composed of the above two groups and the following three groups, which can make the material smooth well, and the guide wheel ensures the stability of the feed.

Equipped with our servo motor drive, it makes punching more intelligent, fast and convenient, and can be applied to multiple pass types: Dimple ,Web notch ,Service hole ,Web hole ,Flange cut ,etc. And the Punching precision is within +/-1mm.

In the case of idling, the maximum speed can reach 35 m/min, depending on the material properties and the punching process, the speed will be different. Equipped with straightening, 17 composition, CNC machining and other functions, the product out of high precision, fine polishing electroplating, beautiful and practical.

Using 16Mpa hydraulic pressure, it can cut Cr12 and Cr12MoV materials.

Marks and Item Number are available to be printed on the flange side for easy assembling pieces to pieces.

Up to 4 meters of supporting table, to ensure that the finished steel shape does not change, the size does not change, easy to pile and place the finished products behind.

Safety Guard covers the whole machine to ensure worker’s safe.Each parts of safety guard is linked with lock.

The overall use of black, green and white embellishment, more suitable for the factory easy to clean, simple environment.
